TET ESTEL is expanding its Engineering Design Department and looking for a talented Circuit Design Engineer to join us. If you’re passionate about circuit design, enjoy working with power electronics, and want to contribute to real industrial solutions, we’d be happy to hear from you.

Circuit Design Engineer

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Design low- and/or high-power electronic circuits for converter equipment;

  • Develop documentation for printed circuit boards (PCBs);

  • Perform necessary technical and electrical calculations;

  • Prepare technical specifications and requirements for circuit applications;

  • Select and evaluate components, participate in forming component purchase requests;

  • Provide engineering supervision during the manufacturing process;

  • Take part in the testing and commissioning of power converter systems

🎓 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering;

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in circuit design;

  • Experience in schematic and PCB documentation development;

  • Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Mathcad for modeling and simulations;

  • Knowledge of modern electronic components, layout, and EMC principles;

  • Language skills: English, Estonian, and Russian;

  • Accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Test Engineer (Power Electronics)

We are currently seeking a Test Engineer (Power Electronics) to join our team.

Test Engineer (Power Electronics)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, climatic, and other tests on products to ensure compliance with technical documentation and specifications.

  • Record test results and prepare detailed protocols for further analysis.

  • Develop technological instructions for product setup and testing processes.

  • Create technical specifications and requirements for test equipment.

  • Perform commissioning activities at customer sites, ensuring successful product deployment and functionality.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Strong understanding of power electronics, converter technology, and related processes.

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and drawings.

  • Ability to perform electrical calculations;

  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors;

  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Initiative-driven and results-oriented with a strong personal drive.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers;

  • The ability for international business travel to support customers' orders;

  • Good written and spoken Estonian, English, and Russian.
