Utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and equipment, as well as a highly skilled workforce, we are able to respond swiftly to the evolving needs of our customers and produce a wide range of high-quality products. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. The company's Quality Management System is certified by Bureau Veritas on a regular basis, confirming compliance with modern market requirements. The Quality Management System procedures are based on documents containing legislative and regulatory requirements applicable to the organisation, to which it is bound (laws, decrees and regulations, specialized industry standards, etc.).
The Quality Control Service's primary objective is to ensure the highest standards of product quality, safety and efficiency. We strictly adhere to industry standards and international requirements, with all activities affecting product quality always carried out in strict compliance with the continuously updated principles of international production standards.TET ESTEL's Quality Service performs rigorous control at every stage of production, from the moment an order is received. This includes incoming inspection of parts and materials, operational control of production processes, verification of tests, and final control of finished products.In collaboration with engineering support, Quality Service controls technical documentation from the design department to production. Since 2001, the company has been operating in accordance with ISO 9001 and the Quality System. Quality Service is responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements and rules of ISO 9001. This is reflected in the results of control measures, which are documented in the following files and records: incoming inspection protocols for materials and parts; operational control reports for production processes; and test protocols for each manufactured unit.In the activities of the Quality Service, great attention is paid to the mandatory qualifications for all employees, quality assurance and safety issues, which are necessary for the performance of daily work.
