INDUCTION POWER UNIT UIN-M series are ideally suited to power vacuum or open type induction furnaces for melting steel, cast iron, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and their alloys.
The UIN-M package includes the following elements:
- Frequency Converter:
Options are available for transistor or thyristor types. - Capacitor Bank:
Used for reactive power compensation. - Cooling Station:
Can be integrated into the converter or supplied as a separate cabinet for cooling the frequency converter and the capacitor bank. - Water-Cooled Cables:
Provided for use with open-type induction furnaces and for vacuum furnaces (equipped with sealing couplings). - Melting Units or Induction Coils:
Implementation options vary depending on the technical requirements of the installation.
